What does Customer Service mean to an Angler that has purchased a product?

Our staff have been trained to the highest standards in reel and rod repair. We are all fishermen, and understand that when something goes wrong, the product needs to get back to the angler as fast as possible.

Our aim is to provide unparalleled service. If a reel fails for any reason, providing the reel is at the service centre before 12 noon, we can return reels within 72 hours of receipt (part dependant).

Customer service is not just about fixing rods and reels. It is all about helping anglers whatever the problem is, or you need technical advice or you may want to order spare parts. If you cannot see the answer on our site there is an email and telephone number so you can contact us
